ProQuest provides article databases to schools all around the country and has decided, additionally, to leverage that content by producing coursepacks as well. Thus, students pay for ProQuest access through their tuition, then turn around and pay for a coursepack which allows them electronic access to specifically slected material in the ProQuest databases.
